These clinical guidelines represent the views of the North West and North Wales Paediatric Transport Service. They have been produced after careful consideration of available evidence in conjunction with clinical expertise and experience. They must be used in conjunction with clinical judgement by the bedside clinicians.

NWTS are available for advice on a case by case basis.
